ACTIVE MEMBER

Eligibility/or membership shall include one or more of the following:

1. Board certification by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology.
    
2. Valid license to practice medicine in California or a nearby state.
    
3. An active member may be one of the following:
   · Fellow/Member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.
   · Fellow/Member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER

Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and Pharmacists who are licensed to practice in California or a nearby state, and who also practice in allergy/immunology.

AFFILIATE MEMBER

Fellow in Allergy and Clinical Immunology in an American Board of Medical Specialties approved training program. Also, a resident in Internal Medicine or Pediatrics in approved training program can become an affiliate member.
